Forum Aquavitae is the first ever international spirits research centre.
Its activities are mainly focused on spirits and,
to some extent, on liqueurs.
Activities are fully monitored by a
Scientific Committee chaired by Professor Mario Fregoni, honorary president of the Oiv.
